Understanding Tadasana, yoga workshop

If you look in a yoga asana book you will notice that Tadasana (mountain pose) has the longest description for how to do the pose. It is no simple feat to be a mountain, and in this workshop we will break down the fine movements and mindset of this pose and its significance to the other postures. Using props, visualizations, and educating the anatomy, we will apply what we learn in Tadasana to other poses, discovering the strength, balance and grace available with the awareness of the Tadasana in every pose.
