
Anatomy for Movement Workshop Series
is a workshop series oriented to teachers but also open to students. The purpose is to deepen our understanding of the anatomy and approach our yoga asana practice with greater knowledge and safety. You can take all classes (discount available) or take a single class. CEU’s available for Yoga Alliance Registered teachers.Recommended (although not required) that you acquire The Key Muscles of Yoga by Ray Long and if you’re feeling excited, also The Key Poses of Yoga by Ray Long.

Yoga teachers and any other interested student, will have the opportunity to create a one hour class based on a topic we cover in this series. This last class is a free/optional add-on to ask questions about your sequence, or any other questions from the series of classes.
